The first thing you may want to know about me is that I genuinely CARE, and I’m familiar with successfully working through very challenging life and business conundrums.
You can feel confident that when you choose to work with me, you’ll have the benefit of an authentic, honest, straightforward, and competent professional that is interested in the best outcome for YOU. I’m also rather optimistic and will likely have you laughing at some point (because it’s important to maintain perspective).
Here’s the dirt: After a great thirty-year career as a treasury consultant and sales manager in commercial banking, I decided to explore what fascinates me most about business: the people in it. Working with hundreds of companies across business sectors taught me a lot. Many more internal forces show up in the details of a cash cycle than financial transactions. I observed the impact of leadership techniques, systems, culture, salesforce engagement (and much more) on the financial health of a company. How humans interact matters. In my consulting and coaching practice, I meld years of business experience with my natural curiosity and study of, how people “show-up” in their work, to help my clients adapt for future change.
There’s more. Everyone goes through hard stuff. I had a rather non-traditional college education path. Said differently, I hated almost everything about my post-secondary degree journey. Let’s call it a struggle. Yet, I continue to have an amazingly successful career. I’ve found that sharing my story and some “later-in-life insights” has helped college-aged people and many coaching clients struggling with the daunting question: What am I going to do now and how am I going to do it? My mission is to shine a light on the possibility that lives on the other side of your current challenge and know that it’s ok to follow your brilliant innate intuition.
